Jinzhou Yunxing Industrial Ceramics Co., Ltd. was established in May 2000. Its predecessor was Jinzhou Yunxing Technology Development Co., Ltd., which was located in the factory building of the High-tech Zone Enterprise Incubator on Yulu Street in the High-tech Zone. In April 2002, it moved to a leased factory of the Taihe District Agricultural, Industrial and Commercial Corporation.
