Our factory

Slip casting moulding: Inject the prepared slurry into the gypsum mold and let it stand for a period of time to allow the gypsum mold to absorb moisture. The slurry forms a uniform body on the inner wall of the mold.
Injection moulding: Inject a slurry containing paraffin into a metal mold at a certain temperature and pressure, and after the body cools and solidifies, perform demolding to prepare ceramic bodies.
Extrusion moulding: Suitable for long tube products, the powder is extruded into shape through an extruder.
Our Factory
Established in May 2000, Jinzhou Yunxing Industrial Ceramics Co., Ltd. originated as Jinzhou Yunxing Technology Development Co., Ltd. Initially located within the enterprise incubator factory on Yulu Street, High-Tech District, our company relocated in April 2002 to a leased industrial site owned by the Agricultural, Industrial, and Commercial Corporation in Taihe District. By the end of 2006, to accommodate expansion, we moved to No. 9 Weimin Road, Fantun Village, Yingpan Town, Taihe District, and subsequently adopted our current name. In December 2023, we transitioned to our new premises at No. 5 Xinggong Road,Taihe District ( Da Xu Industrial Park, Yingpan Town, ).
Our workforce comprises over 70 dedicated employees, including 1 senior engineer and 5 engineers and technicians. We specialize in the production of industrial ceramics with a 99.3% alumina content, catering primarily to industries such as instrumentation temperature measurement, industrial furnaces, university laboratories and testing of inorganic non-metallic materials. In 2023, we achieved a sales revenue of 15.78 million yuan and contributed 1.88 million yuan in taxes, amounting to a cumulative tax contribution of 20.13 million yuan over the years.
