Jinzhou Yunxing Industrial Ceramics Co., Ltd. was established in May 2000. Its predecessor was Jinzhou Yunxing Technology Development Co., Ltd., which was located in the factory building of the High-tech Zone Enterprise Incubator on Yulu Street in the High-tech Zone. In April 2002, it moved to a leased factory of the Taihe District Agricultural, Industrial and Commercial Corporation. At the end of 2005, it was relocated to No. 9 Weimin Road, Fantun Village, Yingpan Township, Taihe District for capacity expansion and renamed Jinzhou Yunxing Industrial Ceramics Co., Ltd. In December 2023, it moved to a newly built factory at Xinggong Road, Daxu Industrial Park, Yingpan Township, Taihe District. It covers an area of 16,723 square meters, with a building area of 9,339 square meters.
The company currently has 4 high-temperature kilns with a maximum temperature of 1800°C and 2 low-temperature kilns of 1400°C.
Slip casting is the primary forming process, supplemented by extrusion, hot pressing, dry pressing, isostatic pressing and other processes, which can meet the production and manufacturing of various special ceramic products.
The company currently has more than 70 employees, including 1 senior engineer, 5 engineers and technicians, as well as a large number of skilled professional workers with extensive experience who have long been engaged in the ceramics industry.
Its main products are industrial ceramic products with an alumina content of 99.3%, including thermocouple protection tubes, thermocouple insulation tubes, corundum furnace tubes, corundum crucibles, industrial ceramic components and other related products.
The products are mainly supporting industries such as instrument temperature measurement, industrial furnaces, university laboratories and inorganic non-metallic material testing. They are also widely used in energy, aerospace, machinery, automotive, electronics, chemical engineering and other fields.
