Source Control: Raw material purity is the "first line of defense" for quality

In the raw material procurement process, we only cooperate with qualified, reputable and formal suppliers. We prioritize the use of high-purity powder with an alumina content of ≥99.3% and strictly prohibit low-purity raw materials from entering the production site.


Before raw materials are warehoused, they must undergo comprehensive testing of powder purity, particle size distribution and impurity content using precision instruments such as ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry) and laser particle size analyzers. We focus on screening radioactive impurities including uranium and thorium, as well as harmful impurities such as sodium, to ensure all indicators meet the requirements of high-end industrial applications.


Process control: Intelligent production to eliminate batch defects

Process fluctuations are the primary cause of inconsistent product performance and failure to meet precision requirements. We have introduced an intelligent production management system that places the entire process—including powder processing, forming, sintering, and precision machining—under real-time control, enabling micron-level precision traceability and minimizing human error and parameter variations to the greatest extent.


During the forming stage, isostatic pressing and other suitable processes are adopted according to product applications, ensuring uniform density (≥3.6 g/cm³) of bricks and components and avoiding defects such as pores and cracks. For customized products, precise design is implemented via CAD/CAM, combined with 3D simulation to optimize the structure. Dimensional errors are controlled within ±0.5 mm, perfectly meeting the special application requirements of purchasers.


In the sintering stage, an intelligent temperature control and early warning system is applied, limiting temperature fluctuation to within 5 °C. Compared with the 15 °C fluctuation of traditional gas-fired kilns, this greatly improves sintering uniformity. For 99% alumina ceramic products, innovative optimizations of sintering formula and process are carried out, with the sintering temperature controlled within 1530 °C. While reducing energy consumption, grain refinement to below 5 μm is achieved, significantly enhancing the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the products.


Finished product testing: multi-dimensional verification, zero defective products leaving the factory

Final product inspection serves as the last line of defense for quality control, and also embodies our core commitment to buyers. We have established a comprehensive inspection system covering dimensional accuracy, surface quality, mechanical properties and chemical properties, with a strict policy of zero non-conforming products leaving the factory.


During dimensional accuracy inspection, machine testing and manual re-inspection are adopted to ensure the dimensions of each tube are within the tolerance range. For surface quality inspection, a laser scanning microscope is used to detect defects such as tiny scratches and edge chipping. In terms of mechanical properties, core indicators including hardness, impact resistance and wear resistance of the products are tested.
