We have successfully completed a custom alumina ceramic square tube order for a Japanese client.The customer found us through our international website: www.aluminapipe.com. Our standard products are round tubes, but after reviewing our product page, the client was highly satisfied with our material purity (99.3% alumina) and performance. They sent an inquiry asking whether we could produce alumina ceramic square tubes.
After checking the drawings, we confirmed that we could manufacture them. We then verified the alumina ceramic square tube dimensions, tolerances, and application environment with the client before starting production.
Once production was finished, the Japanese customer had their China-based agent conduct an inspection at our factory, which was passed smoothly.
The client was very satisfied with the finished products. We also took photos of the packaging for the customer before the goods were successfully shipped to Japan.
