Aluminium Oxide (Alumina) is the most widely used ceramic material with near limitless manufacturing capabilities. They are grouped together based on purity levels, as the purity of Alumina’s increases wear and corrosion resistance also increases. Alumina’s are used in a variety of general-purpose applications, and their grade is chosen based on the application environment. 99%Higher purity Alumina’s can be formulated for more demanding applications. Typical Applications Include: Wear resistant components, High pressure nozzles, Thermocouple tubes, Electrical Insulators, Corrosive labware, Furnace fixtures, Ballistic armor, Thread guides, Laser Tubes, and Pump seals.

Alumina ceramic rods can withstand high temperatures (1600 ℃ for long-term use and 1800 ℃ for short-term use) and have excellent electrical insulation performance (electric insulation strength of 20 KV/mm). Our factory
Slip casting moulding: Inject the prepared slurry into the gypsum mold and let it stand for a period of time to allow the gypsum mold to absorb moisture. The slurry forms a uniform body on the inner wall of the mold.
Isostatic pressing: During the isostatic pressing procedure, binders are blended with the ceramic powder. As a result of this process, the powder transforms into freely flowing granules that can effortlessly fill the molds.
Extrusion moulding: Suitable for long tube products, the powder is extruded into shape through an extruder.
How to clean alumina ceramic rod
1. First, place the alumina ceramic rod in a solution of warm water and mild detergent.
2. Use a soft cloth or brush to scrub the rod gently, taking care not to damage the ceramic.
3. Rinse the rod off with clean, warm water and make sure all detergent residue is removed.
4. Dry the alumina ceramic rod with a clean, soft cloth, and inspect it for any remaining dirt or debris.
5. If necessary, repeat the cleaning process until the rod is free of any residue.
