In recent years, due to the increasing number of customers, the old factory area has been unable to meet the supply needs. we company began expanding its new factory area in 2020. There has been new progress in the construction of the new factory now.
The brand-new workshop is equipped with advanced production facilities and automated production lines. Compared with traditional workshops, it achieves a substantial improvement in production efficiency, effectively shortens the production cycle, and reduces manual operation errors, enabling more stable and controllable product quality.
Adopting cutting-edge industry technologies and craftsmanship, the new kiln can not only precisely regulate key production parameters such as temperature and humidity to ensure optimal firing results of products, but also boasts remarkable advantages in energy conservation and environmental protection. It aligns with the concept of green development, further cuts production costs, and delivers cost-effective products to customers.
The new car room is also equipped with dust removal equipment and odor removal equipment outside. Ensure that the production process in the workshop does not affect the surrounding environment and air. Protecting the world environment is also our responsibility.
As industrial producers, we are well aware that industrial pollution can have a long-term impact on the air environment, so we must strictly follow environmental standards for production. Protecting the Earth on which we rely for survival is not only for ourselves but also for the survival of our humanity.
With the continuous expansion of business scale and growing market demand, the planned area of our new warehouse has been significantly increased. This adjustment not only adapts to the pace of current business development, but also lays a solid foundation for long-term growth in the future.
The expanded warehouse features ample spacious areas, completely resolving the problems of cramped space and limited storage capacity of the old warehouse, achieving a substantial improvement especially in sample placement and inventory storage volume.
Previously, restricted by limited space, samples could only be piled up randomly with difficult classification and restricted storage quantity. This led to inconvenience in retrieval, as well as frequent sample damage and mixing-up. The large space of the new warehouse allows us to reasonably divide exclusive sample storage zones and arrange samples in a systematic manner by category, specification and application purpose. It not only increases the quantity of storable samples, but also standardizes sample management and improves access efficiency. We can now display various samples to customers at any time, greatly boosting communication efficiency.
As equipment and office supplies are gradually moved into the new factory, the entire new factory is also gradually enriched. We look forward to the day when we officially move into the new factory soon.
