The company's new SGS certification has been completed this year.
Characteristics of alumina wear-resistant ceramic sheets:
1. High hardness
According to a professional research institute, its Rocks hardness is HRA80-90, second only to diamond in hardness, far exceeding the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
2. Good wear resistance
After research and measurement, its wear resistance is 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high chromium cast iron. According to our customer tracking survey over the past decade, under the same working conditions, the service life of the equipment can be extended by at least ten times.
3. Lightweight
Its density is 3.5g/cm3, only half of that of steel, which can greatly reduce equipment load.
4. Wide application range
Aluminum oxide ceramics are a highly wear-resistant precision ceramic material widely used in electronics, steel, smelting, machinery, coal, mining, chemical, medical, military, aviation, photovoltaic semiconductors, and more.
