The last order before the Spring Festival holiday was a custom alumina ceramic ring. Production was originally planned to begin after the holidays. Due to the outbreak of the virus, we extended our holidays and we were unable to process ceramic rings on time.
After receiving the notice from the factory to extend the holiday, we first sent an email to the customer explaining the reason why the alumina ceramic ring could not be processed on time. The customer was very friendly and said she would wait patiently for the processing of the ceramic ring.
After the work started, the plant was fully disinfected and protected and production began. On the premise of ensuring quality, the production of customized alumina ceramic rings was completed as soon as possible.
Now the alumina ceramic ring has been delivered to the customer and the customer is satisfied with it. We also have confidence in factory-processed alumina ceramic rings.
