Upon receiving the email, our sales team responded promptly, asking for key information such as the internal dimensions of the client’s furnace and the maximum operating temperature inside the furnace. This helped us accurately determine the required dimensions of the alumina ceramic boats. We then recommended suitable sizes based on our factory’s standard dimension chart and suggested the client purchase a few pieces for sample testing before placing a bulk order.
