I am very pleased to have received a purchase inquiry from our long-lost old Dutch client today.
The Dutch client had been purchasing alumina ceramic tubes steadily from 2022 to 2024, but stopped buying in 2024.
Through follow-up visits by our after-sales department, we learned that the client’s company had changed its purchasing staff and had started buying alumina ceramic tubes from other suppliers.
We regretted losing a long-term partner but respected the client’s arrangement.
We were quite surprised to suddenly receive an email from the client last week.
The client is ordering alumina ceramic tubes in the same specifications and quantity as before.
After verifying the order, our after-sales team asked why the client chose to place orders with us again.
The client was very straightforward: the tubes from the new supplier failed to meet performance requirements, and the delivery time was unreliable.
Therefore, after terminating that order, the client directly switched back to our company.
Both our company and the client are delighted to resume cooperation.
We are confident that we will continue to provide satisfactory products and services to the client.
