The desulfurization circulating pump unit of a foreign chemical enterprise is used to transport acidic wear media containing chloride ions and fine gypsum particles for a long time. The equipment operates at a temperature of 40-95 ℃ and continuous dynamic alternating pressure, belonging to high corrosion, high erosion, and high-frequency reciprocating friction conditions.
The project strictly selects 99% high-purity alumina ceramic plate as the sealing ring special gasket, relying on the core characteristics of high hardness, wear resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, good thermal stability, and excellent insulation, to replace traditional polymer and ordinary metal gaskets. By precision grinding and processing, the flatness and smoothness of the ceramic gasket are guaranteed, perfectly adapting to the sealing ring end face fitting accuracy, and eliminating the problems of sealing gap deviation, deformation and leakage.
