I. Chemical Analysis and Corrosive Experiments
1. The alumina ceramic crucible boat can be used in combination with acidic flux agents such as potassium pyrosulfate (K₂S₂O₇ )and potassium bisulfate (KHSO₄) to fuse samples, and it is applied to the composition analysis of ores, minerals or inorganic salts. However, it is necessary to avoid contact with hydrofluoric acid (HF).
2. The alumina ceramic crucible boat supports the melting experiments of weak alkaline fluxes such as anhydrous sodium carbonate (Na₂CO₃). However, the use of strong alkaline substances (such as sodium hydroxide, NaOH, and sodium peroxide, Na₂O₂) is prohibited to prevent the corrosion of the crucible.
II. Thermal Analysis and Pyrolysis Experiments
1. Due to its high thermal conductivity and chemical inertness, the alumina ceramic crucible boat is often used to hold samples in thermal analysis instruments, enabling the accurate determination of the thermal decomposition characteristics of materials.
2. The alumina ceramic crucible boat is used for the ashing of organic substances, the high-temperature pyrolysis of solid waste (such as plastics and biomass), as well as the high-temperature activation experiments of catalysts.

5. The volume density of high-purity alumina> 3.92 g / cm3 has a smooth surface and is not easily corroded by chemicals. The bulk density of other ceramics is> 3.70 g / cm3 ~> 3.85 g / cm3.

Factory Equipment
Slip casting moulding: Inject the prepared slurry into the gypsum mold and let it stand for a period of time to allow the gypsum mold to absorb moisture. The slurry forms a uniform body on the inner wall of the mold.
Injection moulding: Inject a slurry containing paraffin into a metal mold at a certain temperature and pressure, and after the body cools and solidifies, perform demolding to prepare ceramic bodies.
Extrusion moulding: Suitable for long tube products, the powder is extruded into shape through an extruder.
