In the annealing and tempering process of metal materials, alumina ceramic tubes serve as the core furnace chamber of the tube furnace, which can achieve precise temperature control of 800-1000 ℃. At the same time, the atmosphere protection function prevents metal oxidation and improves the mechanical properties of the material.


In the study of ceramic and metal powder sintering below 1200 ℃, alumina ceramic tubes are used as experimental furnace carriers to control the temperature gradient inside the furnace within ± 5 ℃, ensuring uniform heating of the samples and improving the reliability of experimental data.


As the core furnace tube of vacuum furnace and muffle furnace, its service life can reach 100 times that of ordinary furnace tubes in a vacuum environment of 1800 ℃, and it is also compatible with inert gas protection atmosphere to meet special process requirements.
