Laboratory square crucible boat

Last year, the Powder Laboratory of a university first adopted and put into use our alumina ceramic crucible boats. After long-term practical verification, our products have been highly recognized by teachers and students in the laboratory for their excellent performance. Since then, a long-term, stable and high-frequency repeat purchase partnership has been established, fully demonstrating the core philosophy that quality builds reputation, and reputation drives cooperation.

The Powder Laboratory of the university is mainly engaged in experiments related to the high-temperature sintering of powder materials, compositional analysis, and the research and development of new materials. Its experimental operations are frequently conducted under high temperatures and complex chemical environments, which impose strict requirements on crucible boats in terms of high temperature resistance, chemical stability, purity and service life.

The laboratory has previously tested a variety of similar products, yet it frequently encountered problems such as easy deformation at high temperatures, sample contamination and short service life. These issues not only hinder experimental progress but may also cause deviations in experimental data, bringing numerous troubles to scientific research.

Last year, after extensive research and trial tests, the laboratory introduced our company’s alumina ceramic crucible boats.

Manufactured from high-purity alumina raw materials through high-temperature sintering, this product features an Al₂O₃ purity of over 99%. Its extremely low metal ion precipitation effectively prevents contamination of experimental samples, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data from precise experiments such as trace analysis.

In addition, it delivers outstanding high-temperature resistance, with a long-term service temperature up to 1600°C and a short-term temperature resistance of 1800°C. It is fully suitable for core laboratory applications including powder sintering and high-temperature calcination. Even under repeated heating and cooling cycles, the product maintains stable structural performance with minimal deformation or cracking, demonstrating excellent thermal stability and thermal shock resistance.
