The Japanese customer sent a drawing alumian ceramic tube product inquiry in July 2025th, asking if it could be customized. After studying the drawing, the technical personnel told the customer that it could be made. But the customer did not reply to the message and there was no further contact afterwards.
In April of this year, the customer sent another email inquiry alumina ceramic tube, and we provided a detailed response. The customer sent a message saying that they had also conducted a long screening and analysis of the supplier, so the project had to wait for a long time. The customer has confirmed that they want us to produce the sample goods.
